Catering Coordinator – Tracy Bacigalupo

Tracy is a native of Dyersburg and a graduate of Dyersburg High School. Tracy worked a number of years in the medical field including holding the position of Office Manager of Eye Care Group, PLLC. A co-owner of Lupo’s and growing up in her families local restaurant. Tracy decided to make a career change and became the Catering & Banquet Coordinator at Lupo’s in 2014. Tracy is here to work with you to make your event special and stress-free.

Service Manager- Angie Clanton

Angie graduated from Obion County High School where she was active in the Obion County Band. Angie also graduated from Dyersburg State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information. She has been in the restaurant business for 11 years and has been with our Lupo’s Crew for over 5 years, where she started as a server and with her knowledge and enthusiasm. She is now our Service Manager and is the very backbone of our Lupo’s Team!

Bar & Beverage Manager – Amber Reed

Amber went to high school in Halls Tn. where she was an outstanding basketball star and later attended Dyersburg State Community College. Amber started her career in the restaurant business at Snappy Tomato at the age of 16. She then worked at Sonic for seven years becoming a crew leader. Amber joined Lupo’s at its inception and quickly became one of the most valuable members of the team. She has been the Bar Manager for almost 13 years now and is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Food & Beverages

All food and beverages will be furnished by Lupo’s with the exception of wedding or birthday cakes which may be brought from an outside source.


A deposit of $500 or 25% of estimated bill is required to hold any date. The balance is required one week prior to the event. We accept cash, MC, Visa, AMEX, & Discover.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations with-in 48 hrs of event are subject to a cancellation fee.

Menu & Guest Confirmation

All menus must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to event. A final guarantee is due 7 days prior to the event. This is the minimum number which will be invoiced. If the number of guest exceeds this total, the final bill will reflect the increase.


Linen Table Clothes — Basic White or Black long or round — $9.00 ea
Disposable Table Clothes— various colors & sizes — $3.75 ea
Linen Table Clothes and Napkins are available in various colors and sizes

Audio-Visual Rental

Audio-Visual rental fee in Lupo’s Tuscan Room is 25.00

Taxes & Gratuity

Buffet catered events will have a 15% Gratuity added & Catered Sit Down Dinners will have a 20% Gratuity added. 9.75% Sales Tax will be added to all orders unless you have a tax exempt status. If so please make sure we have a copy for our files.

A La Carte Delivery

Free Delivery & set-up inside Dyersburg on orders of $150 or more
Delivery with-in 30 min of Dyersburg is subject to a $20.00 delivery fee
Delivery fee for orders from 30 min to 1 hr is $40.00
Outside 1 hr delivery fee is subject to custom pricing
24 hr advance is required on all a La Carte orders
